Nerdy Cat Names
A long time ago in a galaxy fur, fur away, a cat declared he was not a number but a feline being. He escaped in his TARDIS, traveling through another dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind, hoping this pounce would be the pounce home.
The creature is driven by curiosity and purr-sued by the staff of the local animal shelter. (You wouldn't like him when he's hungry!) He'll boldly claw what no cat has clawed before as a way of saying “Thanks for all the fish.”
The word “nerd” used to be an insult, but it has since been reclaimed! Want to give your cat a nerdy name? Here are some suggestions.
Nerdy Female Cat Names
Nerdiness is NOT solely the domain of men. Sure, there are the typical damsels in distress like Peach, Buttercup, Marion Ravenwood and April O'Neil.
As that stereotype is getting dull, more female characters are breaking the role. Mary Jane and Lois Lane have been showing more spunk. The late Carrie Fisher said of her Princess Leia character “I was not a damsel in distress. I was a distressed damsel.”
There are also some tough girls to name your cat after! You can still call her Buttercup, but instead of after the eponymous character of The Princess Bride, you can say she's named after the toughest fighter of The Powerpuff Girls or the feline Katniss Everdeen knows and tolerates.
Lara Croft, Hermione, Xena and Uhura are all namesakes to be proud of. Read on for more!

How can you tell when a cat's been using your computer? There's teeth marks on the mouse.
What does a multitasking computer made by AT&T have in common with neutered cats? They're Unix! Your cat might think your laptop is a warm place to nap so you might name your cat Mac, Java or Pixel.
