Mackerel Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup  canned mackerel
  • 1 tbsp sunflower seed oil
  • 1 tbsp organic cooked brown rice
  • 1-2 tbsp water or broth (chicken or beef)

Equipment

  • food processor

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients in food processor.
  2. Puree until blended.
  3. It is best if served immediately but you can refrigerate the leftovers up to three days.
