Method
- First boil the potatoes with their skins left on for around 30 minutes.
- Once ready, mash the potatoes and mix in the egg yolks and milk until the mixture is smooth.
- Then beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the potato mixture.
- Next, heat the butter in a frying pan, add a spoonful of the mixture and flatten with a spoon or spatula.
- Allow the pancakes to cook until brown on each side and then serve with a little cottage cheese or sour cream.
Notes
You can always top it with their favorite meat or wet food.
