Tuna Patties

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup liver, pureed
  • 2-3 sprigs chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Mix all ingredients together with drained tuna
  2. Make six or seven balls. Form into patties.
  3. Serve and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
